Booking an in-home newborn session might seem overwhelming at first, but don’t worry! I totally understand your concerns about how the pictures will turn out and whether your home needs to be spotless. Let’s chat about it so I can address some of your worries and help you plan for a fantastic session that captures the best moments.

When it comes to newborn and family sessions, we’re all about keeping things natural and relaxed. This isn’t about stiff, posed photos – it’s about embracing the precious moments with your little one in an organic way.

Here’s a fun tip: Think about how you want your photos to look and dress accordingly. The colors you choose will set the mood for your photos. Light and neutral colors will create a soft and airy feel, while darker or bolder colors may bring in a more dramatic vibe. It’s all about expressing your unique style and preferences.

Your home will serve as the backdrop for our session, so we’ll want to make the most of it. I usually ask clients to let in as much natural light as possible by opening the windows and decluttering a bit. Don’t worry about having a perfect, spotless home – that’s not what we’re after. I’m here to help you rearrange things if needed and make your home a beautiful setting for our photos.

Ways to make the most out of your in-home session:
1- Make sure you give yourself time to plan your outfits. It’s a good idea to do this well in advance, even before your baby arrives. If you need any help with this, feel free to contact me, and I can assist you in planning your outfits.
2- Please plan ahead and have anything you would like to incorporate into the session ready for me when I arrive.
3- The more the merrier; if you would like to incorporate grandparents, fur babies, etc
4- HAVE FUN.

So, are you ready to capture some precious memories? Let’s make this a fantastic experience for you and your family!
