Hello there! Let me introduce myself. My name is Lluvia, and I am the proud owner and photographer of Simply Photo Studio LLC, located in Downtown Goldsboro, NC. For almost seven years, I have been capturing the beauty of expecting mothers and newborn babies. Goldsboro has a special place in my heart for a few reasons. Firstly, our studio is located in the heart of the city – downtown. Having lived in many different cities throughout my 30 years, I’ve learned to appreciate the uniqueness of each location. And I have to say, I judge a city by its downtown area. When I first visited downtown Goldsboro, I knew it was special. The friendly community and diversity of each location were so charming that they left a lasting impression on me. Let’s chat about something exciting – FOOD! If you ever find yourself in Downtown Goldsboro, you’re in for a treat. The area is home to some of the best restaurants in Eastern North Carolina, and I’m not just saying that. Trust me, I’ve been to a few! 

One of my absolute favorites is Thai Garden. Their authentic Thai cuisine is simply out of this world. If you’re in the mood for something different, you should definitely check them out. And if you’re craving some Caribbean flavors, Brisas is another spot you don’t want to miss. 

But I have to say, my heart belongs to Toreros Mexican restaurant. As someone originally from Chihuahua, Mexico, I can tell you that the food there reminds me of home. Their dishes are packed with so much flavor that it’s hard not to fall in love. 

Of course, there are plenty of other places to explore, but those three are definitely worth a visit. Who knows, maybe we’ll even end up at the same spot after a fun photoshoot at Simply Photo Studio.

Let’s discuss some fun places to hang out downtown if you’re into beer and cocktails. I’ve got some great recommendations for you! One of my favorite spots is Well Travel Beer. As the name suggests, they offer a wide variety of beer, and the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. It’s the perfect place to unwind after a long day and catch up with friends. 

If you’re more into cocktails, Church Spirits and Cocktails is definitely worth checking out. Their espresso martini and butter old-fashioned are both fantastic, and I’m not even a big fan of hard liquor! The atmosphere here is excellent, and the drinks are top-notch. Give it a try!

Located on the bustling Walnut street is Simply Photo Studio, a premier photography studio that offers a wide range of services. The studio is conveniently situated next to the iconic Family Shoe Store, which has been a staple in the community for over 60 years. It’s a great place to visit if you’re looking for the perfect pair of shoes. Across the street, you’ll find Skin Therapy, a boutique skincare studio that offers customized treatments to help you look and feel your best. All of these fantastic destinations are within walking distance, making it a great area to explore. 

Simply Photo Studio is situated in the central area of Goldsboro, which makes it easily accessible to clients from all over the state. Our location is particularly convenient for clients traveling from Raleigh, Greenville, Jacksonville, and Wilmington. We take pride in the fact that we have clients coming from various parts of the state, and it’s always exciting for us to know that they are not only visiting our studio but also exploring other amazing places nearby.
