It means that I take care of everything, from the wardrobe, photoshoot, and luxury products for your home.
Newborn Photography in the studio
Newborn sessions take place from the comfort of your own home. We will schedule your newborn sessions 1-2 weeks after your baby is born. I will bring my studio lights, props, wraps, headbands and everything needed for your session.
Newborn sessions are 2-3 hours long we normally start with family portraits, sibling shots and we move on to newborn alone, I will capture your family and newborn baby in a genuine, candid and natural way.

In-studio newborn sessions are customized to your family. In-studio sessions allow me to create more customized, artistic sets for your newborn photos. The studio offers a beautiful boho-inspired room where we can create lifestyle family photos. The studio has a complete collection of props, headbands, wraps, flowers, and newborn outfits, all included once you book.

The Newborn Experience
Newborn sessions generally occur 1-2 weeks after the baby is born. Booking your session 1-3 months in advance is best. A deposit of $200 is required. The remaining balance can be paid during your ordering appointment. You get to create your collection. For more pricing information, please get in touch with me by filling out the contact form.
For in-home sessions, there is a $100 convenience additional fee to cover the travel and extra time.

Simply Photo Studio offers a beautiful collection of wardrobes and all props needed for your session, and all are included when you book with us. I recommend booking your Newborn sessions at 25-30 weeks of pregnancy. Once you contact me, we will schedule an initial phone consultation. This consultation is short and sweet but will cover pricing, dates, and session ideas. We get to know each other and discuss the details of your session. Call (919) 648-3435.
1. Say Hello
After the initial consultation, we will reserve your due date; I always allow flexibility during that date if we need to change it. Once we have a date set, I will email you a booking proposal with a deposit of $250, a contract, and a questionnaire.
2. Schedule it
Planning your newborn session can be as involved as you wish; if you would like to choose props, wraps, or headbands, you can list them on the questionnaire sent to you with the booking proposal.
Newborn sessions take place during the week around 11:00 am
Planning for your newborn session: The session will take 2-4 hours, depending on the baby, so plan to bring extra diapers, water, snacks, etc., and dress comfortably in light clothes as the studio will be additional toasty.
3. Planning it
Session day! Once you arrive at the studio, we will go over the set-ups/props I have laid out for the session, as well as the wardrobe for Mom, we will start with family portraits and newborns. We will take small breaks as needed.
4. Your Session
2-3-business days after your session, I will send an email to set up a date to meet in the studio or over Zoom to go over your gallery and choose your favorites; after this, the processing time will take two weeks.
During our reveal appointment, you will choose the final images and order products; digital photos are delivered after the reveal. Products can take up to 1-2 weeks.
